Alpha Reply, the Reply Group company specialising in machine learning and digital transformation of banks and FinTechs, today announced its new partnership with regulatory technology company ClauseMatch.
Under the agreement, Alpha Reply will be implementing and integrating the ClauseMatch RegTech solution for policy management and compliance at financial institutions worldwide.
The ClauseMatch solution for regulatory change management and policy management portal will be integrated with other platforms thanks to its open application programming interfaces (APIs). ClauseMatch will become a building block of the Alpha Reply offering, a part of a bigger change process, which also involves governance, risk and compliance (GRC), anti-money laundering (AML) and cloud-based custom - Artificial intelligence/Machine Learning driven solutions.
Alpha Reply is currently actively exploring the convergence of big data with AI. This domain will be further developed through its cooperation with ClauseMatch where machine learning capabilities are applied for enhancing the use of the solution in the regulatory space.

In 2017, ClauseMatch went live with Barclays for policy management and compliance globally. The platform is currently being used by several global financial institutions.
