Lightning will support IBB's growing volume of correspondent investment activity, offering efficiencies for the management of their fixed income securities transactions, portfolio accounting, and back-office operations.

Robert Metheny, Senior Vice President, IBB Investment Services Group commented, "When IBB began its search for an investment services operations provider, we set high standards, knowing full well that in order to take our growth strategy to the next level we had to have a solid foundation in place. IBB's priorities were to select a provider with robust technology, extensive industry experience and a deep commitment to delivering high-end customer service. Our confidence level was high when we entered into an agreement with SS&C for Lightning. We are pleased to announce SS&C met our expectations with a smooth and efficient implementation. More importantly, the entire process was completed on schedule. With our implementation now successfully behind us, we look forward to realizing improvements in productivity and functionality, as well as improving the level of response time we can offer our customers."

Colleen Nelsen, SS&C's Senior Vice President, Financial Institutions remarked, "SS&C understands how critical a timely and cost-effective implementation is for our clients, and our practical experience, insights and disciplines all support the process. SS&C and IBB worked together as a team, and as a result, IBB's transition was a textbook example of a successful implementation. We are pleased IBB will now benefit from a comprehensive solution for their front-to-back office processing, giving them a competitive advantage in the marketplace. We are eager to grow our partnership and welcome future opportunities to help IBB meet their goals and business strategies."
