Aliant Payments, a U.S. based provider of merchant services and payment processing, announced today that it will begin offering cryptocurrency processing free-of-charge to qualifying U.S. and European-based merchants that sign up for credit and debit card processing.
“We’re offering free crypto processing so that merchants can experience the ease of our CryptoBucks platform, and the value that it brings their business,” said Aliant CEO Eric Brown. “After experiencing such a simple, low-cost, and no-risk payment option, we're confident they won't look back.”
Aliant’s newly branded crypto processing product, called CryptoBucks, allows merchants to use any plugin, API, or app from Aliant’s library. CryptoBucks converts crypto to USD and Euros, with no volatility for the merchant. Aliant has a banking relationship with a publicly traded domestic bank to facilitate all payments to merchants, which is fully compliant with current federal regulations and adheres to all KYC and AML rules.
“Our mission is to help merchants move money anywhere in the world faster and cheaper,” said Brown. “Our goal is to make cryptocurrency every merchant's favorite form of payment by allowing them to experience the benefits with a trusted name like Aliant handling the processing and funding for their business.”
Since its launch in July 2018, Aliant’s development team has improved CryptoBucks into a faster, more user-friendly platform. Updated features include new plugin integrations, a quick sale option, and an enterprise option that allows the platform to be fully customized to any software vendor and merchant.
