DataNavigator is a comprehensive software solution that enables real-time EFT data management and customer support through single-point access to the vast flow of information coming from ATM and POS locations.

CSC, based in Beirut, manages more than 10 million transactions for clients every year. With DataNavigator, the company will be able to offer its customers immediate access to their own transaction information online, to enable them to perform transaction research, device management, settlement and reporting functions 24 X 7. The solution will also be used to facilitate customer query handling at CSC’s help desk.
