Linedata Services, a leading provider of software and services to the global financial services marketplace, today announced that First Citizens Bank has selected LongView Trading, LongView LyNX and Linedata Compliance, to support its Capital Management Group.

To support the bank's Capital Management Group operations, a comprehensive front-office solution was required to provide portfolio management, pre- and post-trade compliance and trading, including FIX connectivity. First Citizens Bank reviewed several of the leading systems in the marketplace and selected Linedata Services' front-office suite as the best fit for their needs in terms of technical infrastructure, connectivity, functionality, and rapid implementation timescales.

Randy Devers, senior vice president of IS for the Capital Management Group, explained, "We take pride in delivering superior service that consistently exceeds expectations and surpasses industry standards. We are eager to take advantage of Linedata's automated front-office solutions to rapidly monitor compliance at the pre trade level and oversee all trading activity from a single platform. As a natural by-product our Capital Management group will automate our existing trade workflow to facilitate growth within our organization."

Devers continued, "Linedata was able to meet all our core requirements with LongView Trading and Linedata Compliance, as well as provide us with FIX connectivity through the LongView LyNX FIX network."

Eric Bernstein, senior vice president and head of US front-office sales for Linedata Service, Inc, commented, "Moving to an electronic trade order management system with enhanced compliance monitoring will allow FCB to more easily manage their growing business requirements. Using LongView Trading in conjunction with LongView LyNX and Linedata Compliance provides an easy to use STP solution for First Citizens Bank. We are delighted to be part of their strategy as their business develops to the next level."
