• On 1 July 2018, CREALOGIX takes over the remaining 80% of the shares in ELAXY Business Solution & Services from Fiducia & GAD, of which it previously held 20%.
• The company generates sales of over EUR 10 million and employs around 100 people.
• With the overall takeover, CREALOGIX is exercising an option that was already agreed within the framework of the initial investment in 2015.
• The strategic cooperation between CREALOGIX and Fiducia & GAD, which has also existed since 2015, will be actively continued.
• The investments in ELAXY Financial Software & Solutions remain unchanged; CREALOGIX holds 80% and Fiducia & GAD continues to hold 20%.
• This transaction means that both ELAXY companies are being renamed and will now appear under the CREALOGIX brand name.

A broader and more complete range of services
With this transaction, CREALOGIX is expanding its portfolio of solutions with essential competencies in the areas of digital brokerage, external asset management and hosting services. Volker Weimer, CEO of CREALOGIX Germany says: "By merging with ELAXY, we have significantly increased our international reach. Well-known companies such as Sparkassen Broker and DAB BNP Paribas are now CREALOGIX customers.

Expansion of the portfolio for hybrid digital banking consulting
ELAXY Financial Software & Solutions is also continuously expanding its product range.
