Born from a partnership with fintech solutions provider Performance Insights Inc., the cloud-driven SaaS tool combines remarkable ease of use with unrivalled features and customization.

According to Gartner, the global CRM market segment is now worth $40 billion, with 7.5% attributed to banking, insurance and other financial services ($3.0 billion), and North America being the largest market area. SaaS CRM is growing by 27% annually - double the annual growth rate - and Gartner points to the importance of advanced analytics, machine learning and AI during the next 3 years.

Pipedrive has utilized the two decades of experience Performance Insights has gained from supporting hundreds of the best financial institutions in the US. The Pipedrive CRM platform, with its focus on visual sales pipeline management, is aimed at helping a sales team focus on the actions that matter most.
