The document was signed by Chairman of Tinkoff Bank’s Board of Directors Oleg Tinkov and the Foundation's head Elena Shmeleva.

The partners agreed that:
• The Innovation Centre of the Talent and Success Foundation will serve as a platform for Tinkoff’s new Development Hub, bringing more high-tech jobs to the market
• The Innovation Centre’s team will be involved in testing Tinkoff Banks’s products
• The Foundation will participate in Tinkoff’s educational projects, and graduates of its training programmes will have the opportunity to enrol in internships and secure employment with the Bank
• The parties will carry out joint R&D projects and work towards a better regulatory framework to support innovation.

“We will be happy to partner with Tinkoff Bank in applied research to develop new products and process flows that harness the power of artificial intelligence and machine learning, together with the Foundation’s Sirius Centre graduates,” said Elena Shmeleva, Head of the Talent and Success Foundation.

“Tinkoff Bank is one of the most tech-savvy players in the Russian market. We have a steady demand for qualified professionals, so better training and education is a priority for the Bank and for me personally.
