London Block Exchange issues new crypto coins

London Block Exchange (LBX) – the UK’s only dedicated cryptocurrency exchange – has today announced it will add a slew of new coins – a coin a day in fact - to its exchange this week - Basic Attention Token (BAT), STATUS (SNT), Golem (GNT), OmiseGo (OMG) and 0x (ZRX).

The coins – which have been carefully selected by the LBX team – are all distinguished projects in the cryptosphere and boast both reputable communities behind them as well as phenomenal growth.

Notably, OMG - an Ethereum-based token owned by renowned Asian payments service Omise – has experienced strong growth in just under a year and has Vitalik Buterin as an advisor, while BAT is co-owned by the CEO of Mozilla and the creator of JavaScript.

Taking its total number of digital currencies to 11, with hints for more in the near future, this means that LBX is not only the sole operator in the market offering UK on-shore banking, but also the only exchange to offer GBP pairings for all of these currencies.

LBX Founder and CEO Benjamin Dives, said: “By the end of the week London Block Exchange will have 11 tokens on offer through its user-friendly app. All five coins offer unique and exciting prospects as well as reputable backing, and we’ll be educating our customers about their offerings through out College of Crypto so they can make informed choices.

“We’re also committed to adding more coins onto the exchange to give our customers as much choice as possible.”

The exchange also announced that it will launch its Android app this week, in tandem with its referral program, enabling customers to claim £10 for themselves and a friend, for every new friend they refer who deposits £100 or more.

In addition, LBX are also easing their on-boarding KYC process to ensure that it conforms to regulation while also providing the smoothest possible user experience.
