The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) introduces SETBOT, a chatbot which can assist investors to start their investment in stocks and mutual fund, enable investors to make investment-related queries, access investment knowledge, and check their future financial planning via Facebook Messenger, during May 10-13 at its booth at Money Expo, Impact Exhibition & Convention Center, north of Bangkok.
SET Senior Executive Vice President Rinjai Chakornpipat stated that SET has launched a new service through Facebook Messenger chatbot, an innovative channel to assist new investors to start their investment in stocks and mutual fund as well as to calculate the savings required for their retirement. In addition, SET will introduce various innovative investment tools to empower retail investors and promote long-term investment during the event.
