Built in only six weeks, this integration with Cielo opens up new capabilities for Dimebox, including installment-based processing in the Brazilian market.

Cielo, based in Brazil, is the leader in electronic payment solutions in Latin America and is considered one of the top 10 acquirers on a global scale.

Cielo gives Dimebox the ability to accept and process payments of the domestic Brazilian card schemes Elo, Aura and Hipercard as well as the major international card brands Visa, MasterCard ®, American Express ®, Discover, Diners Club International, and JCB. Next to opening up access to local card schemes, the integration enables Dimebox to offer Boleto Bancário, a local Brazilian cash-based and post payment system. This alternative payment method is especially attractive for the significant Brazilian customer base that does not have a bank account. The architecture of the Dimebox platform allows flexible integration of functionalities adapted to new requirements, including regionally specific requirements. That is why Dimebox is now able to facilitate installment-based payments, a payments functionality which is widely used in the Latin American market, representing 80% of all online transactions in Brazil.

Clients can additionally profit from their transactions being captured in Dimebox's platform, making use of features such as their Data & Analytics suite, Billing & Settlement engine and extensive fraud solutions. As a result of this integration, Dimebox can expand their processing capabilities to Brazil and the rest of Latin America and continue their growth journey.
