The building, a 31 level office tower located on Bligh Street, neighbours a number of the city’s premium addresses and offers an unprecedented location for companies that rely on daily business to business interactions.

“Ongoing global political, economic and regulatory uncertainty is leading many financial institutions to scale back their operations,” says Paul Mitchell, Falcon Group’s Head of Australia and New Zealand. “So not only does our move to Sydney’s Central Business District position Falcon at the centre of the region’s financial industry - cementing our reputation as a leading specialist financier - it also reaffirms our confidence in the growth of specialist finance in Australia and New Zealand, as well as worldwide.”

Through its new administrative centre, as well as via eight offices worldwide, Falcon continues to service growing demand from corporates looking for innovative non-bank funding solutions. The company now operates in over 30 countries and across 45 industries - having deployed over US$8 billion in the past three years.
