With £21 billion of assets under administration and more than 300,000 customer relationships, Interactive Investor is now the UK’s second largest investment platform. Utilising Figaro’s full front-to- back office functionality will support Interactive Investor in managing high volumes and remaining compliant with regulatory requirements.

Richard Wilson, CEO of Interactive Investor, said: “Following a thorough review process, we are pleased to have appointed JHC as our platform provider of choice. The provision of highly-scalable and automated technologies is an important component in our vision to become the retail platform of choice for engaged investors. Interactive Investor is well placed to provide its customers with an industry leading user experience.”

John Blackman, CEO, JHC added: “The fact that Interactive Investor has chosen us is testament to the value our technology can deliver. A market-leading investment platform requires market-leading software that can be relied on to provide efficiencies and remove IT- related conflicts and restrictions. Our commitment to enhancing Figaro means that clients and their customers can trust us to manage their systems now and in the future.”
