The first classes of data available will be the PHLX proprietary sector index values that are currently distributed via Network B of the Consolidated Tape Association. After December 1, 2005, the real-time index values associated with indices will only be available through the PBOT Market Data Distribution Network. This network will also be utilized to distribute PBOT futures market data.

"The chance to provide our sector index market data and our forthcoming futures market data to Thomson Financial's customer base is a very exciting prospect," said Walt Smith, vice president of business operations for PBOT. "Thomson is a global market data leader, and with the launch of PBOT XL in early 2006, this relationship will provide PBOT with the necessary outreach to distribute its market data to a broad range of constituents."
