Today, Prosper Marketplace kicks-off the #MyProsperStory 2016 Photo Contest. Now through November 15th, borrowers through Prosper are invited to show the world “what it looks like to be on top of your finances.”
The grand prize winner will receive a full loan payoff, up to $35,000. First and second place winners will receive $5,000 and $2,500, which will be applied to their remaining loan balances, respectively.
“Mounting debt – largely fueled by high interest credit cards rates and fees – is a real pain point for many Americans,” said Aaron Vermut, CEO, Prosper Marketplace. “For the third consecutive year, we’re excited to give back to our community and hear amazing customer stories of how they used a personal loan through Prosper to take control of their finances.”

To participate, entrants must be a legal resident of the 50 United States including DC, 18 or older and an active borrower through Prosper between October 31, 2014 and October 31, 2016. The public voting phase through Facebook will begin November 21 and will end November 30, 2016.
