08 April 2004  |  409 views  |  0

DisnatDirect, the direct access service of the Disnat online brokerage division of Desjardins Securities, has just launched a brand new website intended for Canada's Chinese community.

This forms part of DisnatDirect's strategy of cross-Canada expansion, serving a customer base of active investors who seek top-performance trading platforms.

Not only can Asian-Canadians now consult a direct access online brokerage site in Chinese, but soon they will also gain easy access to financial information in the same language. These innovations will strengthen DisnatDirect's position in the Canadian market and meet the specific needs of a major Canadian community.

"Our DisnatDirect service, rated number one among online brokerage services in Canada by Gomez Inc., is continuing to make major strides with Canadian customers by offering quality products and services," says Yves Néron, vice-president and head of the online brokerage division of Desjardins Securities. "We have just implemented a unique project, providing the Chinese community with a service that is already well appreciated and that will be enhanced over the coming weeks. We are very proud of this achievement."

DisnatDirect gives investors direct real-time access to securities markets, enabling them to trade in dynamic mode with complete information using one of its two trading platforms. DisnatDirect is recognized for the excellence of its service thanks to dedicated customer representatives, high-speed execution of trades and a fee schedule that is more than competitive.
