European payment service provider, Small World FS, is today celebrating reaching the landmark of 50 million transactions processed on behalf of its millions of customers.

The London-headquartered fintech business, 10 years old this year, has grown rapidly since its launch - with this year being the most successful so far following the launch of the Small World Money Transfer app in January.
Small World FS was one of the first businesses to come out of the growing remittances scene in London and is one of the largest money transfer networks in the world, serving millions of customers through a multi-channel network of stores, independent agents and digital channels.

Nick Day, CEO of Small World FS commented “I’m very proud of everyone at Small World for what they have achieved over the past decade – and it’s been great to see that our growth has particularly accelerated in 2016 with the launch of new products and services.

Having passed the milestones of 1 million transactions per month, 10 million in a year and now the big 50 million, we are setting new goals for the future and will continue to leverage our proprietary technology and strong brand presence to grow our market share in what remains a large and growing market.”
