MRG Document Technologies (MRG), a provider of document preparation services for the financial industry, announced it had been selected by Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) to provide loan closing documents and disclosure packages for CSFB's wholesale lending platform.
In June, MRG completed the development of an interface that integrated its Miracle DocPrep, a software package providing document selection and electronic delivery of loan documents, with the loan origination software system used by CSFB's operations center.
Miracle DocPrep seamlessly interfaces with the operations center's loan origination system and enables fully customizable data exchanges with CSFB. This system automatically extracts CSFB's electronic data from the operations center's LOS resulting in compliant, customized document package delivery.
"The new interface is fully automated so that it simplifies the origination process for CSFB," said Terry King, group chairman of MRG Document Technologies. "Our collaboration with CSFB's operations center enables CSFB to utilize a cost-effective, fully functioning solution for the preparation of documents for first and second liens, HELOCs and other popular lending products."
