Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. announced that Banno MobileTM is available for Windows 10 users and introduced Banno Peoplesm, a backend administrative app that provides financial institutions with a comprehensive view of mobile users' profiles, accounts and activities.

Banno Mobile uses the Universal Windows Platform which means the app can be deployed on all Windows 10 devices from phones to tablets via the Windows Store. Consumers will have access to their bank's white-labeled Banno Mobile app from the Windows Store.

Optimized for the new Microsoft® Edge browser, Banno People builds, maintains, and displays user profiles and provides insight into their latest digital banking activities. Banno Mobile and Banno People are part of the Banno Platform that allows financial institutions to launch modern, mobile-first functionality in 120 days or less. This account-as-a-service technology provides robust mobile experiences to users of all major mobile operating systems."

Wade Arnold, managing director at Jack Henry & Associates, commented, "We are continuing to expand the reach of the Banno Platform, as is evidenced by the addition of Windows 10. The next step for digital banking is to bridge the gap between self-service and customer touch points. Banno People equips financial institutions to manage that opportunity with ease. It encourages a more personal banking relationship by providing a view of the customer as they view themselves."

Larry Orecklin, vice president of developer experience and chief evangelist at Microsoft, added, "We are excited to see a key financial services technology provider like Jack Henry & Associates adopt the Windows 10 Universal Windows Platform for the Banno Platform to create mobile banking apps that can be used across many Windows 10 device sizes and types. This will give the growing Windows 10 user base access to mobile banking apps from the Windows Store for the many financial institutions that use the Banno Platform. We are also excited to see the Banno People application optimized for Microsoft Edge which will provide bankers using Windows 10 an optimized experience. These innovative products are a direct result of our deep partnership with Jack Henry & Associates resulting in smarter, more efficient banking for bankers and consumers."
