nCino, the leader in cloud banking, today announced the launch of nCino Community, a collaborative online ecosystem of resources and tools to support customers’ success with the company’s Bank Operating System.
Enabled by the Salesforce platform, the Community is a secure space for nCino customers, partners and employees to come together, share ideas, find solutions and gain insight from one another.
“The nCino Community serves both as an online community as well as a support portal for nCino customers’ technology and service needs,” said Sean Desmond, nCino’s senior vice president of professional services. “With the Community, we have introduced a new dynamic that enables users to meaningfully interact and communicate with our team, as well as obtain valuable perspective from their peers. Our goal with nCino Community is to create better customer experiences and empower users with the resources they need to use the nCino Bank Operating System effectively every day.”
As a single, seamless platform, the nCino Community eliminates the need for customers to go to separate locations to access resources or manage support issues. nCino users will frequent the Community to read knowledge articles, participate in conversations with other Community members or suggest ideas for new product features. Users are even able to submit support cases and access nCino University, the company’s interactive training, continuing education and certifications program. Because nCino Community is mobile enabled, users can access these functions anywhere at anytime and on any device.
