Digital Insight Corp. (Nasdaq: DGIN), the leading online banking provider, announced today Peoples Bank, National Association, a subsidiary of Peoples Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: PEBO), has selected Digital Insight's Small Business Banking and consumer Internet Banking solutions to serve its growing base of more than 850 business and 21,000 consumer Internet banking active end users.
The agreement extends into 2009 and demonstrates a strong endorsement of the breadth and depth of Digital Insight's products, services and security.
Peoples Bank, which had been seeking a proven partner to help grow and retain its online banking customer base, cited Digital Insight's solution stability, security and ability to provide bank customers with a wide array of advanced self-service features as critical to its decision. Through September 30th, the average up time of Digital Insight's consumer Internet Banking and Small Business Banking solutions in 2005 was 99.95%.

Digital Insight's leading solutions can help banks achieve greater efficiency and deposit growth while delivering superior online service to customers. Through Digital Insight Small Business Banking, Peoples Bank small businesses customers will have access to a variety of time saving business management tools including Web Pay for Small Business by CheckFree, an online bill pay feature specifically tailored to the unique billing and invoice requirements of small businesses. In addition, small businesses can take advantage of enhanced navigation and Quickbooks downloads that will enable them to efficiently manage their cash position while generating fee revenue for the financial institution.
Peoples Bank personal banking clients will have access to robust online products such as Bill Payment and Presentment, Check Imaging, Check Reorder, Online Statements and Funds Transfer w/Aggregation, which enables users to more effectively manage their assets and liabilities in one central location. In addition, clients who use Quicken and Microsoft Money will be able to seamlessly interact online with their personal financial management software via Web Connect.
Under terms of the agreement, Peoples Bank will also have opportunity to leverage Digital Insight's proprietary growth and retention program, a set of best practice marketing initiatives with training programs, sales tools and creative materials that effectively encourage bank customers to utilize more online products and services.
