Ms Lennon will be responsible for IRESS' wealth management product strategy in Australia and internationally and will report to Aaron Knowles, Group Executive, Product.

Mr Knowles said the appointment of Ms Lennon further strengthens the IRESS product team.

"Jacqui's experience in wealth management, strategy, advice technology and customer-led design complements IRESS' focus on continuing to improve and invest in its market-leading solutions," Mr Knowles said.

Ms Lennon joined IRESS in July 2015 and has played an important role in further embedding user experience and design principles within IRESS’ product development process.

“Clients who have worked with Jacqui have been very responsive to her collaborative approach to solution design and the benefits of this. Her passion and deep understanding of the industry and her strategic approach has been instrumental in further evolving XPLAN," Mr Knowles said.

IRESS has also employed additional specialists as it continues to increase its focus on user experience.

“Our strategic focus on user experience and design and our product development program is being strongly received by clients and end users. In 2016 we will launch Prime for scaled-advice and further updates to XPLAN that immediately reflect this.”

Prior to joining IRESS, Ms Lennon spent nine years at Macquarie Bank including in senior strategy and customer experience roles including Head of Customer Experience – Personal Banking. She has also worked with APRA, AMP and Decimal.
