Atos, an international leader in digital services, has today launched a next generation digital solution for retail financial services, Digital Customer Experience Transformation (DCXT).
The solution enables Banks, Wealth Managers and Insurers to attract, keep and grow the value of their customers with a class-leading customer experience platform and intelligent decision support to help customers better manage their financial affairs.
DCXT is an ‘as a service’ solution which combines Atos Analytics (Business Data and Analytics Platform) with market-leading offerings from Backbase (omnichannel digital platform), Yodlee (financial holdings aggregation) and Creative Virtual (natural language virtual assistance).
Each of these partners has independently been recognised as a leader in its field:
- Backbase this year was declared by Forrester to be the leader in Omni-Channel Digital Banking.
- Yodlee won a Monarch ‘Always On’ Innovation Global 250 award in 2015 and ‘Best Innovator’ award from Fintech in 2014.

When signing up to the service, the customer gives permission for the solution securely to access as many of their financial holdings as they personally specify. Data then made available for analysis and presentation to them via the Backbase customer experience platform. The customer data enabling this is encrypted and held by Yodlee anonymously and securely.
Integration with Creative Virtual’s intelligent virtual assistant technology enables customers to interact with the solution in natural language to pose questions and ask for in-context information based on their current financial position and what they are trying to achieve.
