Croatia joins Target2
The Eurosystem will welcome Hrvatska narodna banka (central bank of Croatia) and its national user community to the real-time gross settlement system TARGET2 on 1 February 2016

Hrvatska narodna banka will be the 25th EU national central bank to join the system. In practice, this connection will bring 25 new participants to TARGET2 (24 commercial banks and the central bank itself), allowing them to efficiently settle real-time payments in central bank money across the EU.
