Yapı Kredi has led the way again in the banking sector by adding a login with QR code feature to its renewed corporate internet banking.
“We added the login with QR code feature, a first in the banking sector, to our renewed corporate internet banking. Our customers will be able to login to our corporate Internet banking more easily and quickly with this new application.
We have cooperated with KOBIL, a prominent company in digital data security, and introduced this application, which is a first of its kind in Turkey. We didn't compromise on security, while giving our customers the opportunity to log into their accounts with a single password, with this unique customer experience. We also increased transactions up to 800 on our corporate website. Now our customers are able to make more transactions at our corporate internet banking. We also expanded the menu by changing the design of our corporate Internet banking. So our customers will be able to make any transaction that they need, with a single click,” says Yakup Dogan, Assistant General Manager for Yapı Kredi Alternative Distribution Channels.
“We ensured that our customers can easily find what they search for, by improving the available features of our corporate internet banking, which we renovated in accordance with global usability principles. A user who wants to login to the Yapı Kredi Corporate Internet Banking, with QR code, must first activate the "Remember Me" option, on the Yapı Kredi Corporate Mobile Banking. Then the user should click the "QR Code for Internet" button, in the mobile banking application. The code displayed on the screen is scanned through to the mobile banking within a specified period of time, to provide easy and secure access to the corporate internet banking
