Gresham Computing plc leading provider of real-time financial transaction control and enterprise data integrity solutions, has released version 2.0 of its CTC Account Receivables Management (CTC ARM) offering.

The proven ‘white label’ technology, which enables banks to offer receivables management services to their corporate customers, is already deployed globally across a number of banks and their major corporate clients. Version 2.0 introduces rich new functionality, including Full Discount and Penalty processing and matching business logic (DorP) that will allow corporates to offer discounts for early payment, or penalties for late payments.

Enhanced audit and control functions have been included in the new version, offering corporates the ability to include maker/checker business rules at every step in the receivables process. Non-receivables receipt identification and automated processing capabilities have also been incorporated – enabling banks to identify and filter out non-receivables such as interest payments, bank fees, and intercompany transfers, and then apply business rules at the specific corporate level.

Bill Blythe, Gresham Business Development Director, said “Optimising the accounts receivable process through automation significantly improves daily treasury operations and frees up working capital trapped in the process. This latest release of CTC ARM delivered through our innovative banking partners further enables the corporate treasurer to remove manual labour, mitigate operational risk which frees up time so that the treasurer can focus on strategic growth objectives.”

Neil Vernon, Gresham CTO, said: “Working alongside our bank partners has reinforced that there is a clear, established need for CTC ARM. Thanks to our increased investment and development in the product, version 2.0 marks out CTC ARM as a truly unique offering that can be readily configured to the bank’s style and branding, and deployed within the existing e-channels, bank portals and security infrastructures.”

CTC ARM 2.0 now includes a fully functioning pre-packaged demonstration environment, helping banks to accelerate the sales and customer on-boarding process. Relationship managers will be able to showcase the flexibility of the solution, import Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) data, and demonstrate the product’s cutting edge analytics and reporting capabilities.
