Speedwell NG will replace multiple Excel-based pricing systems currently in use by Winterflood and provide a high-performance, function-rich, scalable and robust platform on which to continue to grow Winterflood's business. Speedwell will integrate with existing client interfaces and third party gateways through which Winterflood currently access multiple ECNs, exchanges and market data providers.

Antony di Lorenzo, Winterflood Director of Trading, said, "We chose Speedwell because it was clear they had a deep understanding of the trading process and were able to deliver effective systems and services accordingly. They came highly recommended, had a reputation which was second to none in the market and have not let me down."

Paul Watmough, Speedwell Sales & Marketing Director, said, "We are extremely pleased to list Winterflood, a true leader in their field, among our clients. No longer is it sufficient to just offer a "bond pricing engine", as some of our competitors are still only able to do, in a world where cross-asset market-making platforms for effective trading are required to meet the ever-increasing demands of the dealing room. Once again we have shown our ability to understand the trading process and translate that into effective systems and services for Winterflood."
