Atos, an international leader in digital services, and Glory Global Solutions, a pioneer in the development and manufacture of cash managing equipment and systems, today announced a preferred partnership agreement to enhance the provision of Managed Services to customers throughout the retail cash chain.
Banking and cash services are being transformed by the digital revolution such that consumers and businesses increasingly need to transact anytime and in a wide range business or social locations, enabled by digital solutions such as the virtual branch or virtual teller technology. The combined strengths of Atos and Glory Global Solutions will allow for the development of leading, integrated cash management business solutions including end-to-end IT and Business Services, with the aim of becoming the number one choice and reference for target customers in Financial Services and other markets.
The focus of the agreement will initially be European banking institutions, who will benefit from accelerated implementation of digital business models that extend digital banking points of presence to retailers whilst simultaneously optimizing physical cash management. The solutions will be delivered as a business processing service enabling institutions to concentrate on their core banking business.
