The Solo Mobile VISA prepaid gift card is not a credit card, but rather a prepaid card where the cardholder cannot spend more than the value initially loaded on the card. The cards can be purchased in any denomination between $25 and $500 (for a nominal $2.00 issuing fee) and are not reloadable.

The launch of this VISA gift card will see Solo Mobile partner with Citizens Bank of Canada, part of the Vancity group of companies.
