By providing a full suite of voice, telephony, intercom, hoot, and private wire functionality, the iTurret application helps businesses that operate in mission-critical environments to collaborate effectively. The application is now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Aura Communication Manager 6.3 and Avaya Aura Session Manager 6.3.

Speakerbus is a Technology Partner in the Avaya DevConnect program—an initiative to develop, market and sell innovative third-party products that interoperate with Avaya technology and extend the value of a company’s investment in its network.

As a Technology Partner, Speakerbus is eligible to submit products for compliance testing by the Avaya Solution Interoperability and Test Lab. There, a team of Avaya engineers develops a comprehensive test plan for each application to verify whether it is Avaya compatible. Doing so enables businesses to confidently add best-in-class capabilities to their network without having to replace their existing infrastructure—speeding deployment of new applications and reducing both network complexity and implementation costs.

"DevConnect compliance testing allows Speakerbus to offer customers the ability to maximize their investment in an Avaya communications infrastructure, and add the specialized voice and telephony capabilities provided by the iTurret application. The iTurret's SIP based open architecture can interoperate with an ecosystem of best-of-breed vendor technologies, giving customers the benefit of ease of deployment within the most demanding mission-critical business environments."
-- Timothy Game, Product Support Manager, Speakerbus

“Technology Partners like Speakerbus help customers and system integrators get the most out of their investment through innovative and complimentary solutions. By completing compliance testing, Speakerbus gives Avaya customers access to tools that can help them optimize their critical communications systems.”
-- Eric Rossman, vice president, Developer Relations, Avaya
