NSD has developed and implemented four new information modules (Shares, Bonds, UIT Units and Organizations); each module has a convenient functional for the end product customization according to each client’s needs. To solve various practical tasks, users may get information on all securities accepted for servicing by NSD, on issuers of clients’ interest or clients’ securities portfolios on deposit with NSD.

In 2014, the GoldenSource 360° EDM technological platform was successfully put into operation. It is used by biggest global depository systems and news agencies to accumulate, process, verify and distribute corporate data. In addition to information on shares, bonds, UIT units and organizations, the GoldenSource platform provides a number of services, allowing NSD clients to get the well structured data about shareholder meetings, dividend payments, offers and defaults on Russian issuers’ bonds.

The next stage of the project provides a development of the Depository Receipts and Mortgage Participation Certificates information modules.

Once the module system is introduced, corporate data consumers will be able to use an opportunity of the flexible and convenient customization of the end information products on all securities serviced by NSD.
