Bluepoint Solutions today announced Kenilworth, NJ-based The Atlantic Federal Credit Union (The Atlantic FCU) has selected its document imaging suite, FASTdocs, for enterprise content management (ECM).
Automating and digitizing current paper-based processes will allow the credit union to gain a surplus in employee time.
Founded in 1935, The Atlantic FCU ($253 million, 18,000 members) expanded its charter in 2012 to encompass the community of Union and Essex counties in New Jersey. This presented a large growth opportunity for the credit union that was hindered by time-consuming, paper-based processes. By removing paper, The Atlantic FCU will be able to reallocate time and resources to more valuable activities such as consumer lending and new member acquisition.
The Atlantic FCU will adopt several Bluepoint technology solutions:
- FASTdocs document imaging suite, utilizing member centric-structure to support the way credit unions operate
- File Import Studio for electronic import into FASTdocs with no manual intervention
- WebShare for online member document access
