Guotai Junan Securities, a Hong Kong broker, has gone live with Fidessa’s fully-managed trading platform enabling it to trade equities on the HK Stock Exchange, and offer better connectivity and client services.
Fidessa is providing connectivity to the Shanghai market with its Connect link, which was a major driver in the contract award. FIX connectivity and direct market access (DMA) services are also now available to Guotai Junan’s clients.
Guotai Junan's trading desk will make full use of Fidessa's trading workflow as well as its algorithmic trading engine, which is fully integrated into the Fidessa order management system (OMS).
