Digital Insight signs Florida's Riverside National Bank to Web banking platform

Digital Insight Corp. (NASDAQ:DGIN), the leading online banking provider, announced today Riverside National Bank of Florida, one of Florida's largest community banks, has selected Digital Insight to provide consumer Internet Banking to its more than 137,000 potential end users.

The agreement extends well into 2010 and demonstrates a strong endorsement of the breadth and depth of Digital Insight's products and services.

Under terms of the agreement, Riverside Bank will utilize Digital Insight Professional Services to configure and deploy its consumer Internet Banking solution. The bank will also leverage Digital Insight's proprietary growth and retention program, a set of best practice marketing initiatives with training programs, sales tools and creative materials that effectively encourage bank customers to utilize more online products and services.

Through Digital Insight, Riverside Bank's online banking clients will have access to robust products such as bill payment and presentment, check imaging, online statements and Funds Transfer w/Aggregation, which enables users to more effectively manage their assets and liabilities in one central location. In addition, Riverside Bank clients who use Quicken, QuickBooks and Microsoft Money will be able to seamlessly interact online with their personal financial management software via Web Connect.
