Apple Bank selects ACI Worldwide self-service, mobile and bill pay products

ACI Worldwide (ACIW), a leading global provider of electronic payment and banking solutions, today announced that Apple Bank has expanded its relationship with the company.

Apple Bank will utilize ACI’s market-leading Self Service Business Banking, Mobile and Bill Pay offerings, enabling the bank to respond quickly to the specific needs of its business clients with new online, mobile banking and payment services.

With 76 full-service branch locations in the greater New York area, Apple Bank is the second largest state-chartered savings bank in New York. As it expands its service offering to address the growing needs of its micro, SOHO and mid-market business customers, the bank needed a proven business internet banking solution.

ACI’s Self-Service Banking platform is part of the company’s broader Universal Payments portfolio, providing Apple Bank with a consistent, real-time experience across all self-service channels. With ACI, Apple’s business clients will gain access to comprehensive online business banking services, including: ACH payment and receipt management, online bill pay with invoicing capability, payroll and collections management, domestic and international wire support, improved security workflow with advanced multi-layer entitlement and more.
