Advent upgrades product suite

Advent Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADVS), a leading provider of software and services to the global investment management industry, today announced the global availability of this year’s second major release across its product suite.
The new release contains platform and integration enhancements for Advent’s Geneva®, Advent Portfolio Exchange® (APX), Moxy®, Advent Revenue Center®, and Advent Rules Manager®.
These latest updates help clients stay ahead of the curve with new enhancements for accounting, connectivity, and compliance, as well as adding valuable integrations with new partners. In addition to specific product enhancements, Advent continues to focus on platform and integration improvements to support scalability, stability, and overall solution performance for users.
As with earlier releases, Advent tapped into Advent Direct® Community, its collaborative, online client experience, for input on the enhancements. Users have the opportunity to share ideas and suggestions for improving Advent solutions, which are often included in product enhancements, such as the latest release of APX.
Advent’s October 2014 release updates for Geneva® include new investment and fund accounting features to support more assets on the platform, as well as a new integration with leading risk analysis and management solutions provider Investor Analytics, enabling users to access broad-based and fully-integrated risk analytics. Integration with Chicago Clearing Corporation has also been added to Geneva® and facilitates securities class action settlement recovery. Updates to APX include enhancements to corporate action processing, greater control over pricing, and new reporting capabilities. For Moxy® and Advent Rules Manager®, the release brings improved FIX connectivity, enhanced global real-time pricing data from Factset, and expanded instrument coverage.
