iView Incorporation's mobile car service app, Taxi 24/7, will now allow passengers in the United Kingdom to pay their taxi driver by simply inserting their bank card into an iZettle Chip &PIN reader.

The launch of Taxi 24/7 will see black cabs go cashless to allow consumers to pay with their card leading up to the holiday season. To celebrate the launch, drivers will be given free Chip & PIN readers that accept all major cards.

"There's no better way to celebrate the launch than by giving free chip and pin readers", said Zeryab Cheema, the Chief Executive Officer at iView Incorporation and Founder of Taxi 24/7. "This solution will enable thousands of black cabs, which currently miss out on valuable fares, to take instant payments. With the festive season just around the corner, cab drivers need a simple app to meet consumer trend towards a cashless society".

"Our goal is to allow as many black cab drivers as possible to take card payments. Taxi 24/7 is one of the most simple and transparent solutions, which quickly pairs up with a bluetooth enabled reader and allows drivers to process payments in seconds directly in the flow of the app".

Drivers will sign-up from the Taxi 24/7 app and within minutes be able to order a free reader. Taxi 24/7 integrates iZettle's latest iOS SDK, which was launched early this year, to allow users to securely transact without having to search for cash. Although there are numerous booking and VoIP (voice over internet protocol) features offered
