In doing so, Panmure is extending the relationship that began with Accurate Software, acquired by CheckFree in May 2005, and consolidating all of its cash and securities reconciliation activity onto a single platform with improved management information across all products and business entities.

Accurate's operational risk management solution, Accurate NXG, has been deployed across Panmure's Institutional and Corporate broking operation and will support the company's growing trading volumes. Panmure is deploying Accurate NXG to automate all cash and securities reconciliations, from trade capture to post settlement. The solution will identify and resolve exceptions as early as possible within the transaction lifecycle, improving processing efficiency and reducing exposure to operational risk. The consolidated cash and securities reconciliation solution will be used by Panmure's operations team in London to automate its transaction processing procedures and to reduce the risks associated with what was previously a manual and semi-automated environment.

Panmure's business users and senior managers will be equipped with Accurate NXG's business intelligence Dashboard technology which provides analysis, reporting and key performance metrics, for a complete overview of transactional risk. Available through a browser-based portal, the Dashboard enables users to monitor daily activity, take action where required and produce reports for internal and external regulatory requirements with documented audit trails.

Accurate NXG will reconcile data from external sources such as SWIFT via SMA's SWIFTAlliance bureau service, as well as from internal systems
including: trading platforms, settlement systems and general ledger applications. By reconciling the information from front to back office within a single repository, Accurate NXG enables Panmure to quickly identify any exceptions either pre or post settlement, for fast resolution.
