Providing a range of features designed to enhance the shopping experience both online and at the point of sale for consumers, the new service offering will benefit both merchants and their customers.

The goSwiff VAS comprises a number of applications to use across goSwiff's mobile commerce platform. These tools include loyalty and reward program, mobile discount platform, geo-targeting, mobile cashback promotions, digital vouchers and virtual wallets. With the ability to tailor digital promotions and offers to individual customers, merchants are empowered to foster their critical customer relationships and drive business growth and retention.

During the launch at CARTES Secure Connexions event for global payment professionals and technology experts, goSwiff demonstrates how the businesses can use Value Added Services to boost engagement with both new and existing customers:

• In order to attract new clients, merchants can take advantage of effective mobile marketing promotions such as discounts, cashbacks, geo-targeted push offers, targeted rewards and gift cards, to drive traffic in-store and to encourage repeat purchases

• Merchants can also use goSwiff VAS to increase customer loyalty among existing customers. This can be achieved through rewarding repeated purchases and targeting promotions based on customer profiles

These solutions are all geared towards ultimately driving business results for merchants, fostering engagement both in-store and online. An online admin portal helps to drive new customers in-store, while customized loyalty programs can be used to engage with existing customers and maintain their interest - thus encouraging them to return to the store. Through greater engagement and personal contact, merchants also have the opportunity to increase the value of each single basket transaction.
