Infovide, a leading Polish IT consulting company, and the Belgian Financial Architects nv (FinArch), international provider of finance resource planning platform for the finance industry, today announced a business agreement.
Under the agreement, Infovide operates as a unique distributor and implementation partner in Poland of FinArch's financial management software platform Financial Studio.
The platform offers financial institutions a distinct combination of modules that address the needs of product controllers, risk managers, financial controllers, account managers and general management as it embraces the inter-relational functions of accounting (general ledger, sub-ledger and trading ledger, consolidation, IFRS Accounting, accounting generator, cost allocation), compliance (IFRS reporting, regulatory reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, Basel II reporting), capital management (economic capital, RAROC, Basel II credit risk) and MIS (cost allocation, budgeting and control, HO reporting, management accounting, customer and product profitability).
On the technology side, Financial Studio provides for a mainstream technology platform with flexible and scalable system architecture that protects the banks' long-term IT investments.
Infovide as information strategy architects provide architecture, engineering and management services to the Polish market. The company concentrates on designing, building, implementing and maintaining integrated analytical and reporting platforms. The company has been cooperating with the largest Polish and foreign financial institutions for years, its experience built based on leading standards and engineering tools. Partnering with FinArch, Infovide extends its traditional solutions offering for financial organisations, while FinArch reinforces its presence in the Polish financial market.
