This requires new approaches to human resources management — and new technology to drive it.

"Our people are the backbone of our organization and true drivers of business growth. It's crucial that we leverage technology that promotes employee engagement, performance, satisfaction and innovation to support our business strategy and growth," said Sebastien Belair, senior vice-president, Human Resources Business Partners and Operations, NBC.
