The Waterford office will complement BISYS' existing operations in Dublin and provide services to BISYS' hedge fund and private equity clients around the world.

"The decision to expand our Irish operations was strongly influenced by our successes to date in Ireland," said President of BISYS Hedge Fund Services, Ronan Daly. "BISYS has been at the forefront of the European hedge fund business since first establishing our Dublin office in 1998. Our team has consistently demonstrated its ability to deliver world class standards of service to our clients, and that success has enabled us to become the leading hedge fund administrator in Europe. As we considered expansion alternatives to support our growth, an additional Irish location was a logical choice. Ireland, the premier growth center in the hedge fund industry in Europe, provides administration for 30% of hedge funds world-wide. We believe that Waterford is an ideal location to expand our Irish operations."

Managing Director of BISYS Hedge Fund Services in Europe, Karen Tyrrell, added, "Our new Waterford office enables us to expand our capacity and support the growing demand for our services. We look forward to continued growth while maintaining superior service for our hedge fund clients."

BISYS' Waterford office is located at Waterford Technology Park, Butlerstown, Cork Road, Waterford, Ireland.
