nCino's Bank Operating System consolidates the functions of loan origination, CRM, business process management and reporting under a single cloud-based environment to provide bankers a more holistic view of borrower relationships at any point in time. nCino Lite gets more financial institution employees involved in monitoring referrals for new products and services, acknowledging their role to impact and also benefit from visibility into customer or member relationships. These include tellers, branch managers or personal bankers who do not generally perform the types of loans for which nCino is configured to accommodate.

On average, nCino customers see a 33 percent increase in borrower satisfaction. nCino Lite extends the wealth of data and analytical insight afforded from the Bank Operating System to institution personnel, resulting in wider - and better - use of information for customer service, marketing and account management decisions. The licensing option gives the frontline feedback on the status of their referrals, view into dashboards and reporting, and other tools to more fully understand the complete picture relationship of any one customer or member.
