Tsys (NYSE: TSS) announced today that it has enhanced its online, self-servicing solution, Credit Care, to provide consumer cardholders an improved user experience and issuing banks greater administrative control.

The new responsive and user-friendly design empowers TSYS clients and their customers with greater accessibility to account information.

Credit Care now features a flexible user interface providing account holders easy and secure access to their accounts from any mobile device, regardless of size. Other enhancements include convenient single sign-on access from host bank websites, which saves cardholders time and eliminates the need for multiple passwords. New product features also include additional account payment options and an administrative console providing issuing banks the ability to manage the account holder experience for their unique brand and business.

"TSYS is focused on enhancing all end-user touch points, and these enhancements to Credit Care are part of the first wave of products being optimized to ensure a seamless user experience anytime, anywhere," said Paul Bridgewater, group executive of Global Product, TSYS. "We are intent upon enriching the user experience on behalf of our clients — regardless of choice of device."

"Providing the best possible customer experience — regardless of channel — is the key driver behind every decision we make," said Rhonda Wooddisse, senior director of Operations, President's Choice Financial. "This mobile-friendly Web application helps us deliver on that strategic commitment to our customers."

TSYS Credit Care is utilized by consumer card issuers, providing cardholders account access, insight and maintenance capabilities. The functionality between North American and International clients may vary.
