TwoFour Systems, LLC ("TwoFour"), today announced the successful completion of their 2013 SSAE16 SOC1 Type 2 examination for their ASP software services.
TwoFour is a specialist provider of real-time Foreign Exchange ("FX") and Cash Management software, including ASP-based services, to a global financial services client base. The examination was performed by an independent CPA firm.
SSAE No. 16, Reporting on Controls at a Service Organization (AICPA, Professional Standards, AT sec. 801), is an attestation standard that establishes the requirements and guidance for reporting on controls at a service organization relevant to user entities' internal control over financial reporting. Control objectives and related control activities were examined for computer operations, information security, application change control, and vendor monitoring. Further examination was completed for administrative safeguards, physical safeguards, and technical safeguards.
"TwoFour's successful completion of this SSAE16 SOC1 Type 2 examination for our ASP software services highlights our continued focus on the security of our clients' data as well as the processes TwoFour has put in place to insure a smooth end to end experience for those clients," said Steve Davis, co-Founder and CEO of TwoFour.
