Platform participated in the recent Cognos Forum 2005, where it successfully demonstrated how its Platform Enterprise Grid Orchestrator (EGO) technology delivers added benefits to Cognos' customers when coupled with Cognos ReportNet, Cognos' market-leading Web-based business reporting solution. These benefits include the optimization of computing resources and a reduction in overall total cost of ownership for IT investments. Cognos Forum, which featured three days of case study presentations, technical "how-to's", "hands-on" lab sessions, and keynote sessions on the future of BI, is the largest event of its kind for Cognos' customer base, drawing over 2,000 attendees.
