The new service, a product of the two companies' certified systems partnership technology collaboration, embeds Jopari's unique single-click architecture with DAVID's Renaissance 3.2 claims management system. Single click payment automation is designed to help claims organizations reduce payment costs by automating manual processes, maximize operational efficiency and acquire broad EFT processing capability.
"The technology behind this system is "Beyond Seamless" from the client's perspective, involves zero engineering to activate at the user level, and without question is the most advanced payments automation solution available in the industry," stated Steve Stevens, Chairman and CEO of Jopari Solutions. "There is no doubt DAVID's introduction of this single-click payment solution brings an immediate and long term positive cost-benefit to claims organizations and enhances their competitive posture."
DAVID's hot button payment processing feature is expected to extend Renaissance 3.2's payment processing power by automating workflow steps including: batch extract and upload; process initiation; EOR & payment synchronization; EFT/print and mail routing; and electronic remittance delivery and audit reporting. The Jopari solution also provides online payment status inquiry and dispute resolution functionality, via web portal services.
"DAVID's single-click payment automation is the latest in a series of innovative service upgrades for clients using Renaissance 3.2," said Rick Bigelow, CEO of DAVID Corporation. "Managing disbursements in a conventional payments environment is time consuming and costly for insurance claims organizations. Our ability to integrate payment automation with Renaissance 3.2 dramatically improves our clients' control over loss adjustment expenses. Adding single-click disbursement technology is a logical extension of our service commitment to our clients, and we are very pleased to add new value to their competitive offerings."
