Digital Insight extends Bisys reseller agreement

Digital Insight Corp. (Nasdaq: DGIN), the leading online banking provider, announced today that it has renewed and expanded its strategic partnership with BISYS (NYSE: BSG), a leading provider of outsourcing solutions for the financial services sector.

Under terms of the multi-year agreement, BISYS will offer Digital Insight's integrated, multi-channel loan origination system, DeskTopLender Premium, and Digital Insight's licensed/hosted Corporate Banking modules to its regional and community bank clients.

Digital Insight's consumer Internet Banking and Business Banking ASP solutions have been exclusively endorsed by BISYS for their bank clients since 1998. In 2002, the companies partnered to offer Digital Insight's Lender Solutions to BISYS bank clients.

The expanded agreement enables BISYS to resell Digital Insight's latest addition to its Lender Solutions, DeskTopLender Premium, an end-to-end loan origination system. DeskTopLender Premium provides financial institutions the ability to automate underwriting decisions, streamline front and back office processes and reduce processing costs.

Through Digital Insight's Corporate Banking modules, BISYS client banks can offer sophisticated corporate customers enhanced online banking services, including a complete range of cash management, electronic report delivery, foreign exchange trade, and transaction initiation feature functions. Leveraging these advanced online capabilities will enable BISYS client banks to better serve, retain, and grow their corporate client bases.
