Aconite is proud to announce that its Smart EMV Manager - which allows existing card authorization systems to process EMV card transactions - has gone into production at Fiserv Inc., the leading global provider of financial services technology solutions.

Aconite's Smart EMV Manager preserves the investment made by issuers and processors in their authorization platforms by providing fully-featured EMV capability in an easy-to-integrate plug-in solution. Fiserv is utilizing Smart EMV Manager to bring advanced EMV processing to its already sophisticated environment. With Smart EMV Manager, Fiserv can process EMV transactions across multiple card products and establish the foundation for enhanced chip capabilities as these are introduced in the marketplace.

"We are delighted to have completed this major deliverable in Fiserv's EMV program," said Patrick Regester, Aconite's EVP  for Sales and Marketing.

"We look forward to the next phase in our partnership with one of the most dynamic and forward-looking financial services providers operating in the U.S. today. Our work with Fiserv is a perfect example of our commitment to achieving EMV migration using innovative product solutions that require minimum change to existing systems."

"We chose Aconite because of its record for delivering EMV processing into complex environments without the need for multifaceted changes," said Bruce Hopkins, general manager, Credit & Debit Solutions, Fiserv, "Using Aconite's solution provides the ability to process EMV transactions from credit and debit chip cards across multiple brands and networks. Aconite's proven solution delivery capabilities and the quality of their products were critical to achieving our goals."
