SunGard's MarketMap supplies the entire ETRE platform with daily equity pricing feeds, which are converted to price per square foot, capitalization rate, enterprise value and other real estate specific metrics. SGN provides connectivity to more than 2,000 asset managers and brokers throughout the financial services value chain. ETRE also utilized SunGard Consulting Services to develop a specialized database to capture and store ETRE's proprietary real estate metrics.
